Katie Pater

Katie Pater has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Katie began their career as a Heavy Wheel Vehicle Mechanic with the US Army from October 2003 to October 2006. In 2016, they joined Aztalan as a Machinist Apprentice, where they worked until May 2021. Currently, they are working as a Talent Sourcing Analyst at Wide Effect Talent Solutions, a company specializing in global talent acquisition solutions.

Katie Pater began their education in 2009 at Waukesha County Technical College, where they pursued an Associate's degree. Katie completed their studies in 2012. In 2017, they returned to Waukesha County Technical College and enrolled in the Machine Tool Technology/Machinist program. Their studies in this field lasted until 2019.
