Joy Franje-Peren has over a decade of experience in recruitment, HR management, and operations engagements. Joy has held various roles, including Director of Human Resources at WideOut since 2021, Consultant at Recruitment/HR/Operations Engagements since 2011, Head of Recruitment & Resourcing at Mindteck from 2016 to 2018, and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Logica from 2008 to 2011.

Joy Franje-Peren attended Adamson University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
