Mahmoud Hefny

Mahmoud Hefny's work experience includes being a Senior Backend Engineer at WideBot since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Backend Engineer at WideBot from June 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for writing high-quality REST APIs, working on reports and analytics services, and building and maintaining a backend service for media codecs conversion.

Before joining WideBot, Mahmoud worked as a Backend Developer at DewanSoft from March 2021 to June 2021. Here, they planned, designed, developed, tested, and maintained web business applications. Mahmoud also analyzed and resolved technical bugs and issues and participated in application definition activities.

Earlier in their career, Mahmoud was an R&D Engineer 3D Printing at Juthour-Tech from March 2019 to November 2019.

Mahmoud Hefny obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Modern Academy Maadi in the years 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Mahmoud has obtained various certifications in different areas of computer science. Mahmoud obtained certifications in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs with ASP.NET Core, Docker for .NET Developers, Go programming language, Redis, AWS S3, Introduction to Programming in Go, Python, SQL, and Arduino integration. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2022, from institutions such as LinkedIn, Educative, Inc., HackerRank, and Coursera Course Certificates.
