Lauren Thurston

Lauren Thurston is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at WideOrbit since July 2014, where responsibilities include supporting executive functions and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as an Executive Assistant at WideOrbit and a Teacher at the San Francisco Unified School District from August 2010 to June 2014. Additional experience includes working as an Assistant at Morgan Stanley and Thomas Weisel Partners between 2005 and 2009. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder (2000-2004) and a Master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix (2008-2010).
