John Metzler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT and security sectors. John currently serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Security at WidePoint Corporation since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked for the US Army, where they held positions such as Commander of the Warrant Officer Candidate School and Commander of the RSS Warehouse. John also worked at Designer Brands as the Director of Network Services from August 2015 to August 2020. During their time in the Army, they held various positions including Assistant Deputy Director of Information Technology, Director of Information Technology, and Network Manager. John successfully implemented innovative solutions and collaborated with different departments and organizations, enabling the execution of various missions.
