Krystee Knapic

Krystee Knapic is the Senior Vice President of Operations at WiderCircle. Krystee has held this position since December 2020.

Previously, Ms. Knapic was the Head of Membership Operations at Wider Circle from January 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of membership operations, including recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Before joining Wider Circle, Ms. Knapic was the Corporate Director of Programs and Customer Engagement at Benchmark Senior Living from January 2014 to January 2019. In this role, they managed memory care operations and resident program development in 58 senior living communities across six states. Krystee also oversaw the hiring, mentoring, and coaching of over 150 associates companywide. Ms. Knapic developed and executed long-term strategies and programs that enhanced the customer experience and drove business performance. As a result of their efforts, resident engagement increased by 10% year-over-year.

Prior to their role as Corporate Director of Programs and Customer Engagement, Ms. Knapic served as the Director of Customer Engagement at Benchmark Senior Living from January 2013 to January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing metrics and analytics that showed a direct correlation between senior health and wellness and engagement.
