Jasem Almousa has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and enterprise application management. Jasem started their career in 2012 as an HR Systems Specialist at Kuwait Telecommunication Company- VIVA, where they worked until 2020. During their time there, they held various roles, including Enterprise Application Manager and Enterprise Application Supervisor. In October 2020, Jasem joined the National Bank of Kuwait as the Head of HR Operations.
Jasem Almousa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bond University from 2007 to 2010. Jasem then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information System from Griffith University from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they completed a Certificate IV in Information Technology from Martin College from 2006 to 2007. In addition, Jasem has obtained several certifications including Strategic HR Management Program, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®: Signature Edition, and Economics for Everyone: Understanding a Recession.
