Elliott Altilia

Elliott Altilia, MBA, currently serves as Group Strategy Director at Wieden + Kennedy since October 2024, having previously held leadership roles in strategy at Sid Lee as Vice President and Head of Strategy from March 2023 to October 2024, and as Group Strategy Director at Mint from February 2022 to March 2023. With extensive experience at Sid Lee from 2014 to 2022, Elliott led strategic initiatives for major clients, including Dos Equis and MolsonCoors. Beginning a career at Deloitte as a Knowledge Management Analyst, responsibilities included managing confidential information and developing collaboration strategies. Additionally, Elliott contributed to the John Molson MBA International Case Competition as an organizer and worked in educational services as both a Business Manager and Tutor. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy from Concordia University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto.
