Jan Baldauf

Jan Baldauf has a diverse work experience, starting as a Diploma Student at ifm electronic gmbh in 2007. Jan then worked as a Contract Developer at IFTEST AG from 2008 to 2010, primarily focusing on HW and SW electronic development in the industrial and medical sectors. Jan Baldauf then served as a Customer Program Manager at Kontron from 2010 to 2013, managing customized embedded computer projects. After that, they worked at SICK from 2013 to 2022, initially as a Product Manager responsible for industrial Safety Controller Flexi Soft, and later as a Global Product Manager for Industrial Safety Systems. Jan Baldauf's most recent role is at Wieland Electric, where they currently hold the position of Head of Product Management for Industry Systems, starting in April 2020.

Jan Baldauf completed their education in a chronological order starting from 1996 to 2012. Firstly, they pursued vocational training in Industrial Electricians at ABB Automation Products from 1996 to 2000. After that, they enrolled at the University of Applied Science Lübeck from 2003 to 2008, where they graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, Jan Baldauf attended PHW Bern, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Engineering.
