Andrea Winkler

Andrea Winkler has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and management. Andrea started their career at First Business & Conference Center, HB Büroservice GmbH, where they worked as a Customer Care representative and later became a Center Manager. In 2013, they joined Pipelife International GmbH as an HR Generalist and Assistant to the Corporate Management. Andrea then progressed within the company to become an HR Generalist, handling various HR responsibilities. In 2019, they joined Wienerberger AG as a Corporate HR Manager, overseeing HR processes and systems. Andrea later took on roles as the Head of HR Processes, Systems, and Total Reward, and currently serves as the Head of HR Processes and Systems.

Andrea Winkler has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Unternehmensführung - Entrepreneurship from FHWien der WKW, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resource Management und Arbeitsrecht MOEL at FH Burgenland. In 2014, Andrea attended WIFI Steiermark, where they obtained a degree as a Geprüfte Personalverrechnerin in the field of Personalverrechnung.
