Bartlomiej Cyganek

Bartlomiej (Bartek) Cyganek has had extensive work experience in the HR field. Bartlomiej (Bartek) served as the Head of HR Central-Eastern Europe and India at Wienerberger AG, a leading international supplier of building materials. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Director at Amcor, where they were responsible for the European Division in the Snacks & Confectionery sector, as well as the Business Group HR and Sub Saharan Africa. Before joining Amcor, Bartek worked at Philips Lighting as an HR Officer. Throughout their career, Bartek has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Bartlomiej (Bartek) has successfully led various projects and initiatives and has a proven track record in implementing sustainable HR practices.

Bartlomiej (Bartek) Cyganek completed a Postgraduate Leadership Program - "Lead To Outperform II" at the University of St.Gallen in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Lodz between 1995 and 2000. In 2006, they also received accreditation for using psychological tests from Gartner/CEB/SHL.
