Ilya Trofimov

Ilya Trofimov has over 15 years of experience in sales and commercial roles. Ilya started their career at Rockwool Russia in 2005 as a Sales Manager and Business Development Specialist. In 2012, they joined Isotec Vostoc /Saint Gobain Construction Products RUS as the Head of Regional Sales, responsible for forming a dealer network and promoting the brand. Ilya later served as the Sales Director at Isotec Vostoc /Saint Gobain Construction Products RUS and then became the Commercial Director at Saint Gobain Construction Products RUS. In 2019, they joined Baumit Ltd as the Director of Commercial Sales, and in 2020, they became a Sales Director at Wienerberger AG.

Ilya Trofimov completed an MBA in Marketing and Sales Management from the Institute of Business Administration Russian Academy of National Economy under the RF President from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they received a degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical aircraft from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) between 1995 and 2002.
