Teresa Duflos

Teresa Duflos started their career in 2004 at Hilti, where they worked as a Junior Product Manager and later became a Senior Product Manager. In 2007, they joined Henkel and held various roles, including Regional Brand Manager, Head of Marketing, and Business Development support. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Henkel as the Global Head of Market Strategy Construction Sealing. In 2018, they founded and became the Chairwoman of IchDuWir Montessori Kinderhaus, a voluntary position. Since 2023, they have been working as the Senior Vice President Commercial Services at Wienerberger AG.

Teresa Duflos obtained their Magistra rer. soc. oec. (Master's equivalent) in Commerce/Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing & Finance from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1998 to 2003. Teresa also pursued a CEMS MIM degree in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and HEC Paris from 2001 to 2003.
