Hein Mous

Hein Mous serves as the NL HSE manager for Wienerberger Nederland since May 2018, overseeing health, safety, and environmental matters across 18 ceramic factories in The Netherlands. Prior experience includes the role of EHS/SES manager at Mars, responsible for safety and environmental systems at the Mars Chocolate factory in Veghel, and environment & quality systems coordinator focusing on environmental and quality management. Hein Mous previously led a team of 15 environmental and spatial planning specialists as the team leader of the environment department at Search Ingenieursbureau B.V. and contributed to historical soil investigations as a junior project leader at ARCADIS. Educational credentials include studies at Delft University of Technology (2014-2016) and Avans University of Applied Sciences (1996-2000).
