Joshua Bassett-Franklin

Joshua Bassett-Franklin currently serves as Head of Build and Project Manager at Community Fibre Limited since April 2021. In addition, Joshua has been a Signaller in the British Army since February 2019, where training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst is underway for a commission. Previously, Joshua held various roles at Openreach from July 2016 to April 2021, including Ethernet Area Manager, Area Control Manager, Ethernet Control Manager, Network Controller, and Fibre Network Engineer, all focused on the delivery and management of Ethernet services. Joshua’s career began in the NHS as Operations Manager from July 2008 to July 2014. Educational achievements include an NVQ/BTEC Level 3 in IT & Telecoms from British Telecom and A levels in Business Studies, Economics, and Politics from Corelli College.
