Krishna Khandelwal

Krishna Khandelwal has a diverse work experience. Krishna currently works as a Category Head at Wify Technologies since November 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Urban Company from 2017 to 2021, where they held various roles. As a Category Manager, Krishna successfully grew the business by 2X in 2020 while maintaining an industry-leading NPS of 40% for 3 cities. Krishna also researched and developed a $0.8Mn GMV category, the Disinfection Category, during the Covid period.

Before their role as Category Manager, Krishna was a Senior Associate at Urban Company from October 2018 to March 2019. Krishna also worked as a Business Development Associate, focusing on the Homes Category, where they significantly reduced Bad Customer Experience from 40% to 18%. Krishna also organized a successful seminar for painters in Delhi, resulting in the onboarding of several professionals.

Krishna began their career as a Business Development Associate at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (Byju's) from December 2015 to September 2017.

Krishna Khandelwal attended the Vellore Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering.
