Aaron M. Ryne

Aaron M. Ryne is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and transactional matters. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Wiggin and Dana LLP since June 2021, Aaron previously held the same title at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP from July 2017 to June 2021, specializing in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. As a Partner at Schrier Shayne Koenig Samberg & Ryne, P.C. from May 2013 to July 2017, Aaron provided legal counsel for corporate transactions and complex business litigation, while also acting as outside counsel for middle-market companies across various industries. Aaron began the legal career as an Associate at Schrier Fiscella and Sussman LLC between September 2009 and May 2013. Aaron earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Political Science from Lehigh University College of Business.
