Bahri Beyhan

Bahri Beyhan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bahri started their career as the Vice President of Incoming Exchange at AIESEC in Turkey from January 2009 to May 2012. There, they managed CSR projects, led a team of 30 students, and attended youth leadership conferences in multiple countries.

Following this, Bahri joined AIESEC in Estonia as the National Director of Internship Programs from June 2012 to June 2013. This experience provided him with essential soft skills such as time management, public speaking, leadership, and empowerment.

From June 2013 to January 2021, Bahri worked at Nores Plastic Ltd. as an Account Manager. Their responsibilities included managing purchase and sales activities for plastic waste and re-granulates in Europe, Turkey, Hong Kong, and China. Bahri also formulated and implemented sales and purchase strategies to improve account satisfaction.

Recently, Bahri joined WIK Group in January 2021 as an International Sales Manager, where they excelled and was promoted to the position of International Commercial Manager in August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Unit "Free The Sea" at WIK Group.

Bahri Beyhan earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2015-2016, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, focusing on International Business Administration. Bahri later pursued a Master's degree in International Business and Management (MIBM) from Hochschule Osnabrück, from 2018 to 2020.
