Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma currently serves as the Country Head of Human Resources at WIKA Group, overseeing Human Resources and Administration for Indian plants since September 2022. Previously, Anushka held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Group Head of Human Resources at Caparo Engineering India Ltd from July 2019 to September 2021. Anushka's extensive experience includes the role of Global Head of Talent Management and Engagement for GKN Automotive and Regional Head for Learning and Development & Talent Management, focusing on the Asia Pacific region from March 2015 to May 2019. Prior experience at GKN Driveline India Limited encompassed managing the HR strategy and culture for Indian operations from January 2007 to March 2015, along with earlier HR roles at Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd., GKN Automotive, and Eicher Tractors. Anushka holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Institute of Social Sciences, a Leadership Course from Cranfield School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Lady Irwin College.
