Heather Ringman

Heather Ringman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and mechanical engineering. Currently employed as a Manufacturing Engineer at WIKA Group since June 2021, responsibilities include improving diaphragm seal systems and developing manufacturing processes through design enhancements and CREO drawings. Previously, from November 2013 to April 2020, Heather held the position of Mechanical Engineer at Wyman Gordon, where focus included designing components for airplane engines and optimizing production processes. Other roles include Mechanical Engineer at Transformer Protector Corp., where innovations in transformer protector units were developed, and Project Engineer at Generon IGS, managing numerous nitrogen generation projects. Heather began a career in engineering with internships and contracting roles, including experience in engineering for the City of Wichita Falls and publication work for the Journal of Architecture and Planning Research. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
