Norman Kern

Norman Kern has extensive experience in quality management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Leiter Qualitätsmanagement and Qualitätsmanager at WIKA Gruppe since April 2019, Kern previously held the position of Leader Incoming Inspection at Terex Cranes Germany GmbH from October 2015 to March 2019, alongside roles as Projektingenieur Quality and participant in the Graduate Development Program Quality. Prior experience includes a role as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at TU Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, focusing on research in adhesive bond aging resistance, and quality management analysis at EvoBus, where the emphasis was on life cycle and failure data through Weibull analysis. Kern holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, earned between 2010 and 2015.
