Wolfgang Schneider

Wolfgang Schneider has extensive experience in finance and management, starting from their time as a Trainee at Tompkins County Trust Company in 1985 to their current position as CFO at WIKA Gruppe / WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG since July 2020. Throughout their career, they have held various leadership roles, including CFO at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and Managing Director at Syntax; Syntax Systems GmbH & Co. KG. Schneider has also been involved in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance during their tenure at Freudenberg Group and DZ BANK AG.

Wolfgang Schneider completed their Master of Economic Sciences (Magister der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften) in Handelswissenschaften at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1985 to 1990. Wolfgang also participated in the Principles of Finance MBA program at City University European Programs e.V. in 2000. In 2015, they attended the Strategic Leadership Program at INSEAD. Additionally, they received certifications including Lean Green Executive Belt in 2016 and Six Sigma Champion in 2007 from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies.
