Hanne Gundersrud is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office, where she is part of the Compliance and Crisis Management team. Hanne joined Wikborg Rein from a large global law firm with headquarters in London. In addition to her Norwegian legal qualification, she is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. Hanne has broad areas of expertise across the areas of compliance, investigations (internal and external), and contentious financial services regulatory matters, and has previously worked with a wide range of financial institutions, corporate clients, and financial services firms.
Hanne has undertaken two separate secondments at the London office of two global investment banks. In doing so, she gained experience working on matters ranging from whistleblowing to regulatory investigations and banking disputes, as well as a number of other financial crime and compliance matters.
