Mira Levánd Bergsland

Mira Levánd Bergsland is a senior lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's restructuring and insolvency practice. Her main areas of practice relating to insolvency and bankruptcy law, mortgage law, company law and enforcement actions.

Mira works with restructuring projects with a special focus on insolvency and provides advice on a wide range of issues related to the operations of companies in financial distress. She has broad experience from complex and comprehensive restructurings of Norwegian companies in the oil/shipping sector. Her practice also includes the administration of bankruptcy estates, where she has been part of the teams administrating the bankruptcy estates of Faktor Eiendom ASA, Aksjespareklubben TA-Invest, Sydvaranger Gruve AS and Veireno AS. She is from April 2022 appointed as administrator in bankruptcy cases before Oslo City Court.
