Thea Ytterstad Sannerud

Thea Ytterstad Sannerud is an HR Consultant at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is affiliated with the company's HR department. As an HR consultant, she will provide operational HR support and advice, as well as ensure the implementation of HSE activities. Before joining Wikborg Rein, Thea worked in BackerSkeie Executive Search as an Associate as part of the research and analysis team. There she contributed with the recruitment of CXOs, managers and key personnel in PE-owned, listed and public organizations. Prior to that, she worked in the Nordic HR department at Santander Consumer Bank, where she gained deep insight into various strategic HR processes.
