Tine Elisabeth Vigmostad

Tine Elisabeth Vigmostad is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and she is part of the firm's Corporate Compliance and Crisis Management practice, as well as Wikborg Rein's Trade Compliance & Sanctions Team.

Vigmostad provides advice within a wide range of issues relating to Corporate Compliance and Crisis Management. On the preventive side, these cases involve, inter alia, advising on the implementation of compliance programs, anti-corruption and risk mitigating measures, as well as third party management. On the responsive side, she has worked on several international investigations related to corruption or other forms of misconduct, and headed crisis management teams established to handle the coordination between the investigators, legal advisors in several jurisdictions as well as advisors within other disciplines. She also has practical experience from her time working as an in-house legal advisor in the compliance department of two larger industry corporations. Vigmostad has considerable experience advising on international sanctions and export control restrictions. She regularly assists clients performing sanctions assessments, both in relation to individuals and entities, but also of various forms of technical deliveries in designated markets.

Vigmostad frequently provides advice to the industry, energy and petroleum sectors. She has assisted on several transactions within the area during the past few years and has considerable experience with international disputes for Norwegian and foreign clients. In addition to having experience with dispute resolution before the ordinary courts, Vigmostad has considerable experience with international arbitration, international disputes as well as gas disputes and technology disputes in particular. Furthermore, Vigmostad provides advice within international trade law and wide range of contract law related matters, including sales contracts, distribution contracts, production contracts, agent contracts and other contractual relations.
