Kerry Evensong

Kerry Evensong, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. They began their career as a Client Services Manager at Community Gatepath, where they supervised a team and managed various programs. They then worked at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office as the Assistant Director of Victim Services, overseeing operations and community outreach. Following that, they joined the Jewish Community Federation as a Human Resources Generalist, managing employee benefits and retirement plans. They later served as the Human Resources Manager at Perfect World Entertainment, implementing HR initiatives and enhancing employee engagement. Kerry then took on the role of Interim HR Site Manager at Trion Worlds, leading HR services and managing employee programs. They further progressed to become the Director of Human Resources at Kabam, overseeing a successful acquisition and managing a large-scale mobile game development company. After a sabbatical, Kerry joined Eaze as the Senior Director of People Operations, responsible for strategic HR management. More recently, they have been working as the People Partner & People Operations Consultant & Owner at HelloHR, LLC, providing strategic advice and hands-on people operations support to companies such as Origin House, Eventbrite, and Fandom. Currently, Kerry is the Director of People Partners at Fandom.

Kerry Evensong, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences from UC Santa Barbara. They have also completed coursework in Human Resources for the SPHR certification and studied Human Resources Management at San Francisco State University. Kerry has additional certifications including being a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member and obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2009.
