Madhavi Kumar has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Madhavi began their career at TCS as an HR Executive, where they provided support for a large technical business unit in the Financial Services vertical. Their responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Madhavi then joined Oracle India Pvt Ltd as an HR Business Partner, where they supported Technical Product Development teams and handled all aspects of the employee life cycle. Madhavi also collaborated with business leaders to implement people strategies, localized global people agendas, and implemented talent and learning initiatives. Madhavi then moved to Societe Generale as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on the company's Technology division for the Corporate Investment Banking Group. Madhavi played a key role in supporting high growth and transformation phases, providing services such as coaching, change management, workforce planning, talent development, retention, culture, and diversity and inclusion. Following this, Madhavi joined Cengage as a Senior HR Manager-Business Partner, where they led HR for the Gale business unit, supporting functions such as Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Madhavi was responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that enabled business results and was a member of the leadership team. Currently, Madhavi is working at Fandom as the Lead - Strategic People Business Partner, where they continue to utilize their expertise in developing and executing HR strategies.

Madhavi Kumar earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from SDM Institute for Management Development from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at Christ University, Bangalore from 2000 to 2002. Madhavi has also obtained additional certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University, Managing High Performers and Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization from LinkedIn. Madhavi also possesses a SHRM-SCP certification.
