Augusto B. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Augusto started their career in 2010 as a Process Engineer at NSG Pilkington, where they were responsible for the OEE of the backlights production line and daily improvement actions for main KPIs. In 2014, they co-founded Maxcable Brasil, a Telecom Cable business in Brazil, and was Head of Operations. In 2016, they became Business Development Manager LATAM at Stonehegen, a manufacturing supplier of natural stones for the construction business. From 2018 to 2022, they held various roles at Jeff.com, including Regional Manager Middle-East, Head of LATAM Product Localization, Partner Success Regional Manager South LATAM, and Partners Success Manager Brasil. Currently, they are Head of Marketplace at Wikifactory, where they are responsible for ensuring that their manufacturing marketplace and operations team run smoothly.

Augusto B. obtained an Industrial MBA from Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir in 2012, a Product Design Engineering degree from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen in 2010, and an Ingeniería Técnica Mecánica degree from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). In 2020, they also obtained a Customer Success certification from CS Academy.
