Claudia Carberry has been working in the field of nutrition since 2008. Claudia began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where they led two discussions per week for a nutrition 100 course, graded quizzes and homework, and managed the grade book. In 2010, they became a Nutrition Care Manager at Morrison Senior Dining, where they implemented MSL programs at start-up accounts, trained RDs and front line associates in MSL systems, and assessed residents using the Nutrition Care Process. From 2012-2015, Claudia worked at both Jefferson Regional Medical Center and Sodexo. At Jefferson Regional Medical Center, they performed medical nutrition therapy on a variety of units, educated patients and their families on heart healthy eating, diabetes, and other nutrition issues, and participated in interdisciplinary teams and plans of care. At Sodexo, they managed RDs, diet office, and food service production at a 471 bed regional hospital with a long-term care unit. Claudia also interviewed, hired, counseled, and terminated associates, conducted annual reviews and competencies, and managed department safety, education, and performance improvement programs. From 2016-2017, Claudia worked at wikiHow as a Content Editor, where they edited documents to ensure accuracy of content and provided expert review of nutrition information. Claudia is currently employed as an Outpatient Dietitian at UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Claudia Carberry received their Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007, and their Master's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2010.
