Christopher Schwarzkopf has extensive experience in project management and activism within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as a Projektmanager at Wikimedia Deutschland e. V. since October 2013, Christopher focuses on topics of knowledge justice and marginalized knowledge. Previous roles include coordinating the Fellow Program for Free Knowledge and assisting in the conceptual and programmatic development of projects in open science. Early career experiences include positions at Amnesty International, where Christopher worked on campaigns and membership support, as well as a short internship at the United Nations, focusing on training coordination for peacekeeping personnel. Christopher holds a Master’s degree in Political Science/International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences/Economics from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
