Lauren De Lench is a Senior Technical Program Manager at the Wikimedia Foundation. Lauren has over ten years of experience in project management, video production, and teaching.

Lauren began their career as a music teacher at Minuteman Career & Technical High School and Penn Brook School. In 2010, they started freelancing as a Video Production Manager and continued to do so for five years. In 2015, they joined Wistia as a Customer Champion and then Annkissam, LLC as an Associate Project Manager in 2018. Lauren joined the Wikimedia Foundation in 2019 as a Project Manager.

Lauren has a passion for video production and teaching. Lauren is excited to continue their work at the Wikimedia Foundation and help make knowledge accessible to everyone.

Lauren De Lench completed their undergraduate degree in Music Education at Berklee College of Music before getting their Master's in Music at Boston University. Lauren is also certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.

Lauren De Lench reports to Lisa Seitz-Gruwell, Chief Advancement Officer. They are on a team with Kassia Echavarri-Queen - Director of Community Investment, Community Resources, Jessica Robell - Director of Fundraising Operations, and Lane Becker - Senior Director, Earned Revenue.
