Sanjay Kuttemperoor is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Steadworth since January 2023, Sanjay leads a company that facilitates homeownership by investing in down payments in exchange for a share of property appreciation. Additionally, since March 2014, Sanjay has held the position of Founder and CEO at WikiRealty and has been the President of V.K. Development Corporation since August 1995. Sanjay's academic background includes a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where also completed undergraduate studies.
