Lauro D.G. Francisco, is the Chief Audit Executive. He has an extensive experience as an internal audit executive. He built his internal audit professional career with the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), previously managing the audit of the company’s subsidiaries and affiliates and simultaneously delegated as the Internal Audit Head/ Assistant Vice-President for Internal Audit of subsidiary Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR). He also had an internal audit management tenure with GT Capital Holdings Incorporated.
