Rolando S. Narciso

Rolando S. Narciso is an Independent Director of the Company since September 2016. He was formerly a Director and Officer of New Kanlaon Construction, Inc. from 2004 to 2014. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Steel Corporation of the Philippines from 1998 to 2004 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Asia Multi-Properties, Inc. from 1996 to 1997. Before the National Steel Corporation was privatized, Mr. Narciso was its President and Chief Operating Officer from 1989 to 1995 and concurrently from 1989 was a Director of Refractories Corp. of the Phils. And Semirara Coal Corp. up to 1994; and Integrated Air Corp. up to 1993.
