Justin Reynolds

Justin Reynolds has extensive work experience in the agriculture and agribusiness sectors. Justin is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Wilcox Fresh, where they oversee strategy and creates opportunities for the organization. Justin is also a Board Member at Y-Tex Corporation, providing strategic advice and adding value to the management team.

Prior to their current roles, Justin held multiple positions at R&G Potato, including Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Agribusiness Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for financial performance, operational planning, team building, inventory tracking, and quality control.

Justin began their career at Northwest Farm Credit Services, where they worked as a Credit Officer, Relationship Manager, and participated in the Credit Advancement Program. Through this experience, they gained a deep understanding of financial analysis, organizational operations, and agribusiness business models.

Justin Reynolds completed their education with a Diploma in General Studies from Cody High School in 2004. Justin then pursued Business studies at Northwest College from 2004-2005 and Idaho State University from 2006-2007. Justin attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2007-2009 but did not obtain a degree. Justin later obtained an MBA in Business from Northwest Nazarene University from 2011-2013.
