Isaac Esparza

Isaac Esparza is a versatile professional with extensive experience in operations, logistics, and creative writing. As the People Operations Coordinator at Wild Animal Initiative since November 2023 and Co-founder and Head of Logistics at Healthier Hens since September 2021, Isaac focuses on improving the welfare of farmed egg-laying hens through innovative practices. Previously, Isaac served in multiple roles at The Second City from September 2014 to May 2023, including Senior Client Partner and Managing Director, where significant operational improvements and revenue growth were achieved. Isaac's earlier experiences include writing for sketch comedy shows and team leadership roles at Fresh & Easy and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Emerson College.
