Mike Merseburg

Mike Merseburg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and leadership roles. As the Founder and Managing Partner at Juniper Valley Capital since August 2022, Merseburg also serves as CEO and Board Member for Wild Bill’s Craft Beverage Co. since August 2019. Additionally, Merseburg is a Partner at Land & Sea Capital, an investment firm focusing on growth-stage businesses, and has been an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization NY Long Island since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from February 2014 to February 2018 and holding the rank of Captain in the US Army from May 2008 to January 2014. Merseburg holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Certificate in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota.
