Jessica Andrews has a diverse work experience. Jessica began their career in 2012 as a Waitress at JLS Catering, where they were responsible for providing excellent customer service at various events. In 2013, they took on a role as a Student Ambassador at Long Eaton Academy, where they gained experience in a professional environment and developed their organizational skills. Jessica also worked as a Customer Assistant at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, where they were part of a small team and developed positive relationships with their colleagues. From 2014 to 2017, Jessica worked at Virgin Pure, first as a Customer Service Representative and then as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, they managed schedules for engineering and customer service teams, as well as holiday planners for operations teams. Finally, in 2019, Jessica became the Head of Customer Care at Wild Nutrition.

Jessica Andrews completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film and Television Studies at the University of Nottingham from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Kesgrave High School from 2003 to 2010.
