Alexander Meldrum

Alexander Meldrum currently serves as Quality Assurance Manager - Retail at Wild Rose Foods since December 2019. Previously, Alexander worked as a Regulatory Associate at Foodwit from March 2018 to October 2019, focusing on packaging compliance and food standards as per FDA and CFIA guidelines. Alexander has a strong academic background with a Master’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho, where research emphasized developing salad dressing formulations to mitigate microbial growth. Earlier experiences include internships at Litehouse Inc. and ConAgra Foods, where Alexander contributed to microbiological testing and potato chip formulation.
