Ghada Bahig

Ghada (Didi) Bahig is a dedicated talent leader with over 10 years of experience in talent operations and human resources. Currently, as the Director of Talent Operations at WildBrain, they drive talent management initiatives. Previously, Ghada held various roles at The Hospital for Sick Children, including Senior Manager of HRMS and Payroll, where they led workforce analytics and payroll operations for 8,400 employees. Before that, they were a Project Coordinator at Princess Margaret Hospital, managing the operations of a new research facility. Ghada earned an MBA in Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
