Derek Spors

Derek Spors has a long and varied work experience in the food industry. Derek began their career in 2000 as a Senior Product Developer at Ben & Jerry's. In 2007, they took on the role of Director of Research & Development at Bear Naked. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Founder of Spors Consulting, and from 2009 to 2011 they were the Vice President of Operations at Revelry Brands. In 2011, they became the Managing Director at Spork & Ladle, specializing in natural/organic, super premium, and start-ups. In 2013, they became Co-Founder and Board Member of Wilde Chips, and also Owner of the Green Bay Packers. In 2019, they joined the Board of Boulder Bears Football, Inc.

Derek Spors earned their MBA from Champlain College in 2009, having studied Business. Derek also holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they earned in 2000 after studying Food Science.
