Perry Dellelce

Perry Dellelce is the Founder and Managing Partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, where experience spans over three decades starting in February 1993. Since September 2018, Dellelce has served as the Lead Canadian Director for both Cboe Canada, a new stock exchange under Cboe Global Markets, and Mount Logan Management, a Toronto-based asset manager. Additionally, Dellelce holds directorial positions with McFarlane Lake Mining and serves as Executive Chair of WD Capital. In the philanthropic sector, Dellelce chairs the Board of Directors for the Canadian Olympic Foundation and is a voting member of the Canadian Olympic Committee. Furthermore, Dellelce contributes to the University of Notre Dame and the Archdiocese of Toronto in various leadership capacities. Educational credentials include multiple honorary doctorates in laws and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ottawa and Western University, respectively.
