Caitlin Benn (Naughton) has been in the marketing and communications industry since 2012. Caitlin began their career as a Social Media Intern at 1milk2sugars PR, where they were promoted to Account Manager. In 2014, they joined OgilvyOne Worldwide as an Account Executive, managing the Dove Body Wash, Dove Hair, and Dove Bar programs. In 2015, they moved to Bell as a Sponsorship Specialist, leveraging strategic relationships with partners such as the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, WFC2, Studio Bell, and more. In 2017, they joined MKTG Canada as an Associate Director, managing and coaching a top performing team on the Scotiabank, Tangerine, and Saputo accounts. In 2018, they became the Marketing Manager, Brand Development for Call It Spring at ALDO Group, leading the development and execution of the brand's purpose strategy and vegan proposition. In 2019, they joined Amilia as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, conducting ongoing customer and competitor research and developing go-to-market strategies. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing at Wilder Harrier, where they are responsible for analyzing and improving existing branding and marketing strategies and developing and implementing cohesive marketing plans.

Caitlin Benn (Naughton) has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from BrainStation. From 2012 to 2014, they earned a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Communications Management from McGill University. Lastly, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from McGill University between 2007 and 2011.
