Shaun Sprysl, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shaun currently holds the position of Corporate Director Of Human Resources at Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells since January 2019. Prior to this role, Shaun worked as the Director of Human Resources at Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort since May 2006, where they supported key operations initiatives through workforce planning, recruitment strategies, talent and performance management, and managed employee relations. Before joining Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Big Joe Manufacturing Company from 1999 to 2006, overseeing both union and non-union shops in Illinois and Wisconsin. Shaun also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at ANI Mineral Processing, Inc. from 1997 to 1999, where they conducted interviews, coordinated employee training and relocation programs, administered benefits, and maintained employee files.

Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued General Studies at UW Waukesha, WI.
