Vedran Vuk

Vedran Vuk, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vedran began their career in 2010 as a Senior Research Analyst at Casey Research. In 2013, they worked as an M&A Analyst at BBVA Compass before transitioning to Wunderlich Securities in 2014, where they held roles as an Equity Research Associate and an Equity Research Analyst. In 2017, Vedran joined WildHorse Resource Development as the Director of Investor Relations. Vedran then moved on to WildFire Energy LLC in 2019, first serving as the Director of Finance before being promoted to Vice President Finance in August 2021. At WildFire Energy, Vedran played a crucial role in various high-profile acquisitions, including securing significant financing, building valuation models, and presenting investment opportunities to the management team and private equity sponsors. Vedran'swork also involved overseeing hedging, cash management, and forecasting processes.

Vedran Vuk, CFA, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance, General, which was obtained from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Vedran attended this institution from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Vedran Vuk also served as a Visiting Graduate Student at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, focusing on Energy Commerce. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their undergraduate studies at Loyola University New Orleans, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Economics, from 2003 to 2007.

Additionally, Vedran Vuk has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in February 2021.
