Rodger began their career at Vistacom Inc. as an AV/IT Application Engineer from January 2004 to November 2011, and earlier held the position of Account Manager at Virtual Media Communications, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Rodger holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Montclair State University and has completed programs at Cisco Networking Academy and Sandler Sales Institute, achieving recognition in the Presidents Club.
