Tracy Basile

Tracy Basile is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service and consulting industries. As Co-Founder of Wildflower Bread Company since November 1995, Tracy has helped create an establishment renowned for its award-winning food offerings, including artisan breads and a diverse menu for all meal times. Additionally, Tracy has been an Executive Staffing Consultant at TLB Consulting, Inc. since June 1994, guiding executives in embracing new challenges. Previous experience includes a consultant position at Redmond Research from 2005 to 2016, where Tracy supported organizations in recruiting top talent and conducting market research. Tracy also served as Staffing Manager for the NE Consulting Services Organization at Microsoft Corporation from 1991 to 1994. Tracy holds a BS degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Michigan State University.
