Eden Himidian

Eden Himidian, LCSW, RYT, PMH-C is a psychotherapist and yoga instructor with experience working in various mental health treatment settings. Eden specializes in Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy and Yoga Informed Psychotherapy. As the Director of Education and Professional Development at Wildflower Center for Emotional Health, Eden helps individuals integrate their life experiences into their sense of self. Eden has worked in roles such as Senior Clinical Consultant, Therapist, Yoga Therapist, and Social Work Intern, providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as yoga therapy. Eden has also managed yoga studios and provided career services internships. Eden's education includes a BA in Theatre and a degree in Social Service Administration.
