Didier Mugalihya M. is currently a Governance and Communication Assistant at the Wildlife Conservation Society since January 2020. Additionally, Didier serves as a Junior Researcher for CYNESA, IDEASForUS, RACOD, and AGED since July 2014, focusing on action-based research for the conservation of natural resources and biodiversity protection in Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Educational qualifications include a Bac+5 in Rural Development (Regional Planning) from Institut Supérieur de Développement Rural/Bukavu (2009-2014) and studies at Université Senghor à Alexandrie (2017-2019).
